My Approach
I first visited Rachael at her home in Sheepy Magna, where we had a lovely chat about the style she wanted. She was so happy with the result that she passed my details to her daughter, who booked in for a full restyle. Since her daughter lived separately, I arranged a convenient home visit for her too. Later, Rachael’s son — who lives at home — also booked in for a tidy-up, and I returned again. Each appointment was booked independently, giving everyone the time and care they needed.
Results
What started with one happy client turned into three — all in the same family. Rachael’s trust led to return visits, with her daughter delighted by her fresh new look and her son pleased with the result.
