As a mobile stylist, I know how busy life gets — especially for mums and brides-to-be! But keeping your hair healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are five easy tips you can follow between appointments to keep your hair healthy at home in between appointments.

  1. Don’t Over wash – Washing your hair 2-3 times a week helps preserve natural oils.

  2. Use a Silk Pillowcase – This reduces friction and frizz while you sleep.

  3. Trim Those Ends – Even a small trim every 6-8 weeks prevents split ends from taking over.

  4. Apply Heat Protectant – Always use one before blow drying or curling!

  5. Deep Condition Weekly – A 10-minute mask works wonders for moisture and shine.

These small changes can make a huge difference. Want personalised advice? Drop me a message and I’ll help you build a routine that works for your hair type.
